TRF 414 M Ball differential

Anybody can help me!
If you use an aluminum ball differential instead of the original plastic and want to replace the teflon "spacers" or "ball holders" (I don't know what you call them)where can you get them separately or what can you use instead?

Why don't you just get the teflon diff? Your car will accelerate much faster.
