TT01, TT02, both have fully plastic kingpins. My F104, had a plastic ball diff. So did my Bolink 91 sport. What this does speak to, is low price. It would make my day if this was $50 retail. But we'll see.

Your concerns should be damping, and spring availalbity. :-)

waa directed that way by the FGX F1. 3 Racing has my attention, and probably a chunk of money in future.

I would be worried about that if I haven't seen TT02R with plastic arms axle resist a full-day torture session with 50 children without any broken part...

It really depends on the plastic... And maybe you can print it also...

I have been looking at this car closely if it has the same part quality of their drift chassis I will be adding one to my lot. It is a let down that they are using kingpin suspension but it won't be the first time I had a touring car with kingpin type suspension.

that's disapointing. The price that is. $150... when we have $99 belt drive touring cars. I was hoping for $75 Hah.

It has free shipping which is around 20 dollars alone and comes with a free body which would be 30 dollars and another 20 to ship it if bought apart so the price point is a pretty good deal, I just want it for the rear motor setup to put a Porsche body on it.

Wonder how light it could get? With direct drive and light weight, it could be the FWD answer for USGT.

Well I went ahead and preordered one. No date for when it will arrive, sometime in November.

Maybe, but you're dealing with more or less fixed roll centers, and I didn't see any easy way to deal with droop. There's no shocks, just the kingpins.

It is the right price to replace the TC4. But... where would that go? the only place it could run is USGT, as there's no national FWD or RWD TC classes.
