the body's quality should make tamiya worry. :-)

You decide... Standard is for 190mm bodies (no idea about the exact width you asked) but there are additional parts to reach 200mm :-)

It seems that I've created a mood in my club. Cheap car, nice body and easy electronics... Every person who tried the car bought one! Soon we should have 12 people driving this car! Victory!

If you hesitates... Simply don't! The car is so funny to drive, especially with others!

The kit comes with the parts to run both 190mm and 200mm bodies, it's the users choice how wide they want it. That said, I think the number you're after is 166mm when configured for 190mm bodies

yes- fantastic achievement I think, and great for the club.

Here's my #1:

with the body... yeah, I know, not FWD, but who cares... My son loves it

And this is #2 just started yesterday evening...

That ball diff building jig was all to happy to get some use back... it'd been a while since it had seen some light!

Can't wait to see 12 of these things duking it out on the track

#2 is done... with a bit more tinkering in terms of electronics mounting.
I had a first run with the Subapu one last week end and it was a disaster as it was endlessly swapping ends... I initially blamed the car but it could be the servo in the end. But I also went back to standard lipo to load the rear-end some.

I will try that one tomorrow, weather permitting

That's an interesting choice of layout. i'm not sure I'd have gone with that stack. You're running on pavement?

Yesterday we had a race, and some rain... So the championship's race was cancelled but people would like to race so we organize a race :-)

As every TCR owner had its car with them, we create a FWD category for the first time. Aside one (a T4F from ZeroTribe), every car was a MST TCR. It was a lot of fun and the standard motorization was great for close racing.

You can find some videos on Facebook. Grip was quite low, as it was raining periodically... Oh and Tyre prep is forbidden... My car is orange, Xray T4F is white:

Can't still believe how performant this car is.

Make sure you do a full rebuild after running in the wet. My diff and all the screws and ball studs started rusting badly one day after running in wet conditions.
