Obviously the planning of other events are out of IFMARs control for the most part.

Just sad.. sad that I too had a legitimate chance at being a World Champion! :\

I'm pleased that Red RC are there to do some proper coverage of the ISTC event because the 12th was completely under the radar.

It's interesting that the general feedback is that the grip is low and drops off badly in the cooler evening. I know we have had a couple of (short-lived) indoor tarmac tracks in the UK, and the grip at both was rather strange.

Depending on who you believe it's either:
- The track is run by an Xray distributor and that's not fair,
- It's a dangerous place and they'll get mugged,
- Risk of disease,
- They had no chance of winning,
- The tarmac was awful at the warm-up race so they're boycotting.

Looks like Ronald is the guy to beat. Despite a lot of absences it looks like there's a decent field and it should be a competitive race.

One day I'll go to a worlds. Hopefully it's somewhere as incredible as the Welkom RC Arena.

Bruno was top of charts 6 of 8 rounds. Seems like he might be the guy to beat.

Can't say the track beaconing was world-class level... Plastic tongue in the kurbs? Seriously?

Sorry... Bruno will have an asterisk next to his name here for winning in a lackluster field... couldn't happen to a nice guy.

He still had to beat his main rival and defending champ (Volker) and a very strong Yokomo team. Serpent was strong, Awesomatix was strong. It's a small asterisk and a pretty valid World Title even without Infinity
The 12th scale class was not competitive enough however. The F1 fight was good.
