I find it better to not clean between runs and only to clean/sauce after a 15+ min break.

It feels like traction takes longer to come back if I clean/sauce after every run. I'm not what you would call a good driver, so maybe this plays into it.

depends on the build up on the tire after the run , i clean them off after the run , sauce them with sxt a few minutes before the race , put the car on the track and maybe just one warm up lap, car is gold after that.

I should of mentioned my ritual is for outdoor asphalt so I guess it cant be applied here. But we will soon have an addition to my local track and it would be a carpeted indoor track. Lets see how that goes. No idea what kind of carpet they are using.

Camber is your best friend for carpet, watch your tire build up, set your camber to what you see on tire build up, tire warmers are to match track temp, tire sauce is use to vulcanized the rubber, basically to loosen up the rubber, depending the type of tire you will be using. Good luck.
