TB Evo2 Gearing

Last night was the first day I ran my Tamiya TB Evolution 2 on a track. SoCal Was great. I did pretty well. The car handles dayam good:-D. heheh. When it came to the twisty turny stuff, I was rippin' it up. But once I got to the straight, all the cars passed me by! I'm pretty sure it was my gearing. I was geared 72 spur, and 38 pinion for stock. Running at home made me think this was ok, which it was, but not good enough. What would you guys recommend for stock gearing for my Reedy MVP Motor? How about spec 19 turn? Or also for Reedy Ti 8 double motor? I was thinking about running an 88 spur. What would be my gearing for this spur size?? Thanks for all your help=)..

BTW.. Anyone know companies besides Tamiya that make hop up parts for the TB Evolution 2? and where I can get parts in San Diego? Or even just Southern California?
