When will this drop?

I have been out of the game for a while and wanted to get back in.

Where do most people buy there stuff nowadays?

Back in the day, Speedtechrc.com was the only place to go. What are the hot online shops nowadays?

The best place to buy is at your local track, you can't race at a-main or tower.

Are people using the flex chassis that comes with the kit on black carpet or buying the solid one anyways?

Uh, what? You're allowed to take it home, you don't have to race it in the building you bought it from.

I try my best to spend local unless I'm saving a significant amount of money, helps keep the local tracks open. I didn't think too many people would spend $600 on a kit just to play with it at home...

I'm using the flex chassis on black carpet. Works just fine.

Sure but some tracks don't carry the kit you may want. I doubt tracks make much margin on kits anyway, track fees pay the bills.

Wish they just put 1.3 front bars and heavier springs as standard in the kit. Never saw a team setup with 2.5 springs and 1.4 bar up front. Yes I can buy them separately, but from where I'm from, it is hard to get them locally.
