Default Assoc. 10L3 set ups needed

Just got a 10L3 kit for cheap and will be running for fun, not racing, at our local carpet track (considering 8-cell saddle pack and a mild mod motor). We race a 12th scale but have never run a 10th pan car. Have some set up questions:

What compound foams do you recommend?
Any spring set ups for front, center and sides?

Thanks.

Are you talking Roadcourse or Oval?

Either way, there is a thread for 1/10th Roadcourse Pan (listed simply as "1/10th pan car") and a separate one for Pan Car Oval in this forum: http://www.rctech.net/forum/forumdis...p?s=&forumid=5 .
