This is just my experience.

Post your setup and maybe we can help get it better.
Front:

droop 5mm
camber 2
caster 4
ride height 5mm
shock oil 40wt
shock piston 2 without rebound foam

Rear:

droop 4mm
camber 2
ride height 5mm
shock oil 40wt
shock piston 3 without rebound foam

im running on an asphalt med to low traction track...

Notice that the shock length is limiting how much droop i have so need to either fit longer ball cups on the shafts or take out the spacer inside the shock.
Razzor, you can cut 2mm off the cylindar piece inside, this will give you more arm hang to play with. I also run it with the trianle piece down.

There is also the lowered shock towers you can use which should help.

E.J.- Good run this weekend. Thanks for the set up help. I think we will both benefit from testing since our cars are so simular. Also going from your post about the servo being moved forward causing a low speed push is probably why my car pushed. Scotty moved my servo up quite a bit when he installed my electronics. I plan on using the stock servo mounts when I switch over the new chassis.

Car is real close... Now some questions... Will/are the HPI Pro4 Aluminum suspension blocks the same as the Scythe? They look almost the same...

They will fit.
The Tamiya and Yokomo fit as well.
Not sure on there measurements/values being the same though.
Have helped out Serpent and Tamiya guys with my spare Scythe blocks.

The Scythe currently uses HPI suspension parts, which is the same as the Pro4 and Cyclone.

I'm not a huge fan of the HPI suspension. I'm hoping TOP has their own design coming out soon.

We had a new racer with a brand new Cyclone WCE turn up to race last Wednesday. He didn't know anything about set up. We went through the basics with him and put his car on a set up board. Checked rear toe and found it had 3 degrees of toe in on one side and 1 degree of toe in on the other. This was a little disconcerting so I threw my Scythe on the set up board and found i had 2 degrees rear toe in on the left and 3 degrees toe in on the right.

I put the new ration (1.94) set into my car the other nite and took it racing however now the backend is all over the place not planted as before, the car setup is the same.

they will give the same toe values, but the hpi ones are 1mm lower, so your roll centre will be different

Grease monkey ...
yest thats the problem that all the top car has 3 and 2 degrees on each different rear wheel so what we do over here is loosen and re adjust the 2 suspension block opposing each other and you should be able to get 2.5 on each side
hope that would help.
