Yes Rocko, picked one up on Saturday.

I am racing for Windsor Hobbies now, so anyone needs any help or parts come over to Windsor for a play and bench tune.

I was looking at putting in Tamiya diff pullies, in order to run the larger diameter diff rings, has anyone found any other belts that are a few teeth longer?

Dont worry about the Noob's Bradd, they're just jealous!

...also, TOP make a modified pulley kit, does that help at all???

I cant remember pulley sizes or anything, but im sure they have an option.

Look forward to seeing your TOP whipping around the track soon!

Cheers,

Robbie

Yes i was thinking TA05MS for one of the belts at least. I will have to try and get some.

I did get the option pulleys, the centre pulley is much cleaner molded, and a bigger size, 17t i think, and the diff pullies are 34t, the Tamiya ones are 37T i believe.

Yes looking forward to trying out the little fella, I have been helping the local guys with them for some time now, just never had one to play with myself.

Rocko seems to have a car capable of good laps quite often, so i hope it suits me the same. I just could not get a grip on the MI3, it was a weapon on new tires, but after that things went down hill.

I belive he was more interested in bigger diff rings... prolly to run the 16ball diff.

I have done alot of diff rebuilds over the last few days trying to create the ultimate diff. So far....
TOP alloy outdrives
TOP spring
TOP Diff Screw
Tamiya diff plates
Altlas ceramic diff balls
Atlas thrust (old school 6ball/2plates all seperate)
Atlas plastic locknut retainer cut down to suit screw length.

I am looking for a ceramic one piece thrust and I will be happy. It is almost as good as xray out of box diff.

Josh Cyrul running a Tip Top at the birds.

A massive pick up for Vincent and Team TOP, hopefully it will be a full time ride and not just a once off.

wasnt i hinting great news to have Josh run the Scythe and if he runs it as a once of or in the long term theres bound to be some benefit from it.
You never know there might be a Scythe JC edition in the future

So how did the TOP guys end up??? yet to see full results.

EJ and Jason looked good in qualifying, position wise, and Cyrul was on Pole in B wasn't he???

It'll be good to get some feedback from the drivers if any.

Cheers,

Robbie
