STLNLST - It's 2.0 with 40/20 pullies...

George - The Photon won't be ready until at least the middle to end of Feb. as some minor design changes to production after initial testing has pushed things back slightly. Not to mention TOP will still support the CFP and ARP kits for a while. Additionally, the suspension parts from the Photon will fit on the ARP/CFP kits due to the large range of wheel base adjustment on those cars which I am sure will make the ARP/CFP cars even better. Keep in mind, a lot of the current CFP/ARP parts were OEM Hpi or Yokomo so with the Photon we have a car that is completely made by TOP Racing so we aren't at the mercy of other companies. The ARP/CFP are great cars, especially in the 10.5-17.5 classes where we have had great sucess in 2008 against all the other cars on the market. The Photon should be an even better car but the largest difference we will see is in the 10.5 and Mod classes where we really needed an increase in traction - especially forward bite.

Nice to hear about the pulley sizes. Will be sweet to have a mod car with no belt skip under heavy breaking. Does this also mean you have made the center of the diffs bigger? Would be great to have a 16ball diff like you can with the tamiyas.

Anyway sounds great.

Very much looking forward to this new car.Love my CFP tho.It might just be converted to a rubber car...or my daughter will get her way and it will be hers. So,Josh you say the Photon arms will fit the CFP? Sounds great. Will have to try that when I can. Mario.

Josh pretty much summed it up. The ARP/CFP kits will continue to be supported 100%. Also, in the future they will come with the suspension he designed for our new car.

Hey Chris, as Josh mentioned I ran it at our regional race. The car was excellent and scary to think it's only going to get better.

mikky32, good job!
