Tamiya shock
 

Hey guys can you help me out real quick.

I am looking for the latest and greatest Tamiya TRF shock.

some of the oval heads are running it as a center shock and wanted to try it.

I thought it was part number 49293 but looks like that one was discontined.

I guess a follow up question would be, is there a better shock out there than the tamiya ?

X-ray, Kyosho, Losi, HPI (i currently use the 72170) on my pan car.

The Losi shock is about as sweet as they come. Many different size holes and asy to adjust with different bladders, 0-rings on top.....

Is it BETTER than a Tamiya-I dont know, but its even easier to rebuild and make piston changes.

you know us oval heads Ray, we could care less how long it takes to build...
we need the smooothest !!!

am I am hearing the Tamiya is top dawg right now.

They are absolutely right, the TRF Shocks are top of the line!!

As you only need 1pcs, this should be perfect for yor application!

what is the diff between Tamiya part numbers ?

53571. 53901, 49293 and 49355 ?

and can somebody give me the losi part number ?

53571 = 4pcs complete Flourine coated shocks, grey, standard color.
49355 = 4pcs complete Flourine coated shocks, blue color w/alu spring adjuster.
53901 = 1pcs complete Flourine coated shock, blue w/titanium shaft and alu spring adjuster.
49293 = 4pcs complete Flourine coated shocks, blue color, w/Mounting hardware
