Beautiful work GT Cruising! Are you going to be selling FGX parts? I'm looking forward to working on my project FGX.

Well these are prototype hand made parts, on a drill press with a dremel. So I dont have a machine shop to mass produce them. If I did, it would be cool

Well your work look impressive in the pictures for a drill press. There are times I miss having a full shop at my disposal.

Well itís all drawn by hand with a manual caliper. Which is not so bad. Just gotta make sure I stick with the same stock pivot points and appropriate clearances for the wheels when turning. Heres the bottom suspension arms in progress

The first full race day with the Exotek/FGX was a success! Struggled in qualifying a bit but then found the right tire combo in time for the A main
Mind you the other drivers are solid F1 vets and really hard to beat on this track.
Track is medium grip.
Driving the bright red F1;

Great run with the right tire combo....The other cars might have been too light to stick to the track...Go FGX !!!!

So the front suspension is finally completed with a net savings of around 50g by having all components made out of carbon fiber with same geometry. Using the xray x1 inserts for suspension movement and camber/caster Adjustments

Thanks Sir!
Have to finish the instructions/pictures/web update/packaging and then maybe ready late next week.

Tires were conservative - Shimizu 72 with Tamiya 'kit' fronts. Super easy to drive with these.

Mike did you have to do the wheel mod to get the tires to fit?

For the rear yes. Front I just use Tamiya alloy steering hubs.

You'll have to email 3racing for that. Us selling 150 sets of wheels would never pay for mold costs
