Default Turn Lefts But Makes Noise When Turning Right

When I turn car to the right, it turns as normal. When I turn the car to the left, I hear an abnormal noise.

Looking to see what needs to be repaired. I don't think I can attach a short video.

What car are u having issues with? You may have drive shaft issues, differential issues, or your end points are just not set right.

Servo end points maybe not set correctly meaning the servo is whining when full lock on left? Is this happening through the whole range of left vs right? Or just at the maximum amount of turning?

Could be lots of things ,
Check for binding, Cvds, Bearings all the hinge pins in the front end, shocks
Check end point ajustments servo itself
Check Diff or spool for boken parts. Bearing and cams(for belt tension ajustment) for being in the same poistion
Check wheels and tires too they may be out of balance - bent
