Hi John,
So the kitsetup isn't any good for rubber on asphalt?
What changes are to be made?
Do you have to buy additional parts for that or is it all tuning on the kitparts?
Could you please hand me a setup that works for rubber on asphalt?
How do Lipo's fit?
Does the car come with a special Lipo-brace or something like that?
Regards,
Kensei

I do not have my car yet still waiting on the next batch to make it here. I am told that the standard setup is pretty good for rubber asphalt but usually always have to fine tune. There is a Lipo holder that is a option part #RA0333
When I get this my car hopefully next week I will be heading out to the track and do some testing, I will let you know what I find.

What spares are you after?
Every thing except the Top/Bottom decks , Bulk heads and shock towers are the same so there should not be a problem for spares.

Well not really spares but i would like the lipo deck, the optional springs and sway bars, the thinner top deck, and some of the other optional parts.

so what do you guys suggest that I get for one of these cars the V2 verion to run rubber? Just the 2mm top deck and the lipo tray when available? Is it true that the shocks are Tamyia and you can run some xray parts?

standard kit works very good on asphalt out of the box. I will post a first basis setup for asphalt soon.
But it is quite close to my carpet setup!

Personaly i think the box setup is to stiff for asphalt imo. I went to softer springs all around and removed all but 2 screws in front and 2 screws in back of top deck. Other than that its not bad and keeps getting better every time i change something. Oh i also raised the front inner camber liks to give the front some more roll.
