Here you can get some setup! In fact, the same but in english, organised by surface (asphalt or carpet), grip, etc...

Dear All,

You can also find Avid spare parts in France at www.nitrozone.fr
There are all the parts available online:
http://www.nitrozone.fr/osc/index.php?cPath=183_76_180

In Germany on 16th of September, Oliver Basdorf and his Avid finished on the second step at the EP 1/10° Touring Car German Master:

Sorry for this late reply, I've not been notified by email tough I used to be by the past... curious...

Yes, unfortunately, the Team support maybe more important in Europe than in the USA. It's mostly a question a location.
But if you (or any one) have any setting or any tech issues about Avid, please feel free to ask. I'll do my best to help.

Cheers
Slideaway.

Default Diff problem

Diff is brand new just built the car. Diff will not lock down no matter how tight I get it. Both diff halves turn in the same direction and some time only one side will turn. The thrust bearings came installed already. All I had to do was install the diff balls, rings and such. Sounds pretty simple huh???? No help from Robitronic USA(Axial)................Please help

Been reading up on this thread as I was considering this car for a stock trans am class. I would be returning after being out of the hobbby for about 5 years. Has Robitronics addressed these issues? What about parts availability? Anyone still driving theirs or is this car done? Should I stay away from this chassis?

Thanks.

Tower has parts.I can't find the hardened universals or belts. My first run out yesterday was pretty impressive. They are in the process of changing distributors from Axial to SK Motion......Still no driver support

So Tower has some of the parts but not all. This car has been out for awhile now. I really like this car, but wonder if I should stick with something more common like Tamiya or XRay. I like the idea of having something a little different, but if there no support for it, whats the point. For those of you with one, do you wish you bought something else now? Or are you happy with it?

Get a more common car with support like TC5, MI3, Xray '08
