You have to travel too far to get them anyhow. I can sit at the sports bar and just down Guiness if I have to. If they have any Bass Ale I will be all about the black and tans then!!

FYI GUYS.... if when we get to Vegas and you happen to not take the shuttle to the hotel and you wind up in a cab, dont let the cabby take you thru the tunnel, make him go the alternate route it will be 20.00 cheaper, also if i'm not mistaken southcoast is at the far end of the strip, if by cab you get there it should be no more than a 16.00 trip less the tip....just my .02 i hope it helps someone.

Thanks for the advice but I will just drive up the strip if I have to. The cabbies scare the hell out of me down there!! I will be fortunate enough to have my own transportation since I am drivin down from SLC. Hour plane flight is better but I don't want to figure out how to pack my shit to get it on the plane safely!!

I never take a cab on the strip if I can help it. They take the long way around and take forever to hike up the charges. That's why I prefer to drive there and drive myself if I need to go somewhere that's not within walking distance.

I am liken the way better gas mileage then what I was gettin in my Navigator!! I had to get used to a V6 again and learn to drive differently, but it is actually a great car on the highway. I was thoroughly impressed with it in the snow this past winter. I have had a couple of false TPMS errors, but just set it to relearn and it is good. I know I will never break a side rear view mirror glass again. If you ever get chance, check the price on one of those bad boys sometime and you will understand why you never want to break one!!

I would suggest anyone going to vegas watch the show "Do's and Don't's of Vegas" on the Travel Channel. It is an hour and is full of useful info.

almost all the casinos have a free shuttle service to another casno if they own it.

We are working on the time table for the event.
Registration is Tuesday.
Pit opening and Practice will be early on Wednesday.
As far as ending, it is tough to pinpoint it until the time table is done.
I suggest leaving on Monday or as late as possible on Sunday.

I wanted to add 1 thing about this from the South Coast website.

If you are planning on using the airport shuttle, we ask that you please call and make reservations. Reservations for the airport shuttle can be made by calling us toll-free at 1-866-796-7111 and asking for the Front Desk. Seating is limited and only those with reservations will be allowed to board.

Boomer, have you guys decided on the hand out Stock motor yet? That seems to be the only thing you have not announced yet. I am guessin it is going to be the CO27 but also figuring that Trinity has to get rid of those Monsters somehow. How about letting us know!!
