Looking forward to the race this year...it was really easy convincing my wife to go along. We went to Vegas for the first time in Sept '04 and loved it!
Yes they have an airport shuttle as well as a shuttle that takes you to the strip. The schedule is HERE.

It drops off at the Barbary Coast...which is pretty much in the center of the Strip....so you're close to most everything from there.

There's also monorails along the strip to help you get around faster.

EVERYTHING is within walking distance when you are able to carry your drink with you!! Get yourself a 3 foot margarita and you'll be there before you know it!

That'd be great. I don't think any of the SD guys are going. I know Randy will be there. I'll probably see him at SoCal but I'll probably see you there or at La Mirada about the same time. You going to be a LM on the 12th or is that the weekend of the nats?

Monorail works just fine, you will have to get up on the strip to really use it though.

Default Bugeting money

Hey Boomer-

Just trying to figure out a budget for this race, yes I said budget...

Is the entry price going to be about the same as last year, handout stock motor, bring your own motor tuner if you have one and your own 19T.

Are you going to have a factory 19t and 19t like Novak this year.

Looks like I'll be up on the 12th for the Hurricane race going to let Hunter run as well he just doesn't know it yet. A suprise for him. See ya then.

Thanks,

Mike

Man Vegas looks like so much fun! Glad that there isn't a home game that weekend. Just hope the good Doc doesn't schedule a band trip that weekend (Dr Kerr the band director where I go to school)

Trackdesigner71 - The band trip is scheduled for Las Vegas that week. The instrument of choice to be played will be the skin flute. Cant wait to see you there!
