They're going by post mark and arrival time. If they fill up entries marked today, and yours takes 1 week to get there but everyone else's takes 2 days that sent them on the same day, yours will be counted after theirs.

Does that make since? Not sure if I said it right.
Jon You said it right. Thank you

We are going by post mark.... But it will be the first come first served for the ones received by post mark date also.
If it gets filled by people who have it post marked on the same day but it takes someones entry form an extra 3 or 4 days because of regular mail, that is out of our control.

The cut off is going to come and there are going to be people that are left out. Make sure it gets in as quickly as possible.

As was addressed earlier.

You can do what ever you would like. Either regular mail or overnight.

But It is postmark and first come first served. If someone mails it out regular mail and it takes a few days to get there it would be at the end of the list for that post marked mailing day. If it fills up on that same post marked mailing day and yours is the one that is at the end of the list, you would be at the begining of the waiting list.

I hope that clears things up for everyone. If it doesn't please PM me.

Thank you
Boomer

I thought I had explained it rather well. in the previous 3 posts.

It is not an issue at this time because it did not fill on the first day.

If anyone would like to discuss this further please send it in form of a PM and i will try to explain

Thank you
Boomer

We attempted to deliver your item at 9:33 am on May 02, 2006 in MUKWONAGO, WI 53149 and a notice was left. A second delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, we will hold it for five business days and then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.
The entry was not denied nor was it returned. It is waiting for a signature inside the p o box. They do not "deliver" mail to a p.o. box it stays at the post office until we pick it up. When we pick up the mail there will be yellow card in the box that we sign and in turn get the envelopes. It is postmarked on the first day and will be handeled as such.

Hope this eases your mind as you will receive an email of confirmation of you entry into the race in the coming days.

Thank you
Boomer

Guess i should have read your post first before typing mine

Thank you Anthony

Ok all pm's answered(12). If i mised one or if there is still a question please pm me. I will be lurking while i am working on race stuff. We are sorting through the entries. You will receive an email in the next few days about entry into the race.

Oh and 1 more thing.

***Gets up on the soap box***

This is addressed to the 20 phones calls and messages that I had received at Trackside today when i picked up the overnight packages.

As I had posted before.......

Do not call that number asking questions about the race as they will have no info.

The best way to get your questions answer is here or via email to [email protected].
PLEASE DO NOT CALL TRACKSIDE HOBBIES about the IIC.

Scotty has a manager at the store and he has nothing to do with the Vegas race. He is busy trying to run the business while Scotty sleeps.
Kenny (Hollywood) is the MAN when it comes to functions held within Trackside (Novak race, Stock Rubber Nats, TCS, Midwest offroad Championship, among others). He has all of the answers for those events.

The IIC is a separate race from Trackside. The best way to get your questions answer is here, PM or via email to [email protected].

***OK Off soap box***

Thanks
Boomer

Sounds a little funny, might want to mention that Scotty works 3rd shift at Time Warner.
