My mail was tried being delivered but no one has picked it up yet. I dont know why it would leave this message when being shipped to a PO box??

We attempted to deliver your item at 9:33 am on May 02, 2006 in MUKWONAGO, WI 53149 and a notice was left. A second delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, we will hold it for five business days and then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

Mine is the exact same message. The reason is express mail requires signature, and they won't deliver it to a PO Box or otherwise until someone signs. They put a note in the person's PO box saying you have a express mail package and they pick it up at will call.
