i'm going to be travelling out of the country on may 1.
assuming i can get internet access and can register, can i send payment right away? is it only via mail in or is paypal or some electronic method possible?

Perhaps someone else you know is going or there is one of your race buddies that can mail it for you.
We will be releasing more specific information about the race when we return from Vegas at the end of the week.
