good stuff from last year

1 free jack the slipper
2 2 free meals and man they were nice.
3 I got my power ade and nutrigrain bars from the consession stand! thanks Scotty
4 a time schedule I could trust accept on sunday remember it's not central time... doh!
5 I don't think we had any power problems that I could remember at all. or if it was it didn't last long.
6 tech that ran well. those guys were busting there butt to get cars through but you can't control the racers and their stupidity.
7 well announced racing and practice, but then again it is scotty, accept when charlie got involved. had to go there charlie.
8 decent size pit spaces.
9 nice drivers stage high enough and far enough back that you didn't have to lean to see around someone.
10 location location location and this one looks even better.

only 2 complaints from last year. the banners were cool around the track. great marketing deal and I really like that it kept "spectator/friend marshaller" people off the track, but give the marshall's 2 feet. I remember a couple getting clipped while trying to get a car as they had to walk out on the track.
and those pie pan dots. not good for a car to hit or even graze one as it wasn't a dot it was a curb. really bad for 12th scale.

anybody got anything to add to these 2 lists?

The only problem I had last year was my age (20)... but that has been resolved for this year. Oh, and this year i would like to race the entire event, in both classes.

Can't wait!
