Default Restoring white plastic that turned yellow with age.

Is it possible to restore white plastic that has turned yellow with age? I picked up some vintage Toyota Tom's wheels that are very yellow in color. They are supposed to be white. These wheels are new in the bag, but after 20+ years, they've turned yellow. Can I use bleach or something?

Leave outside in the sun for a month or two.

However their strength may be degraded by the constant UV exposure.

Or simply paint them (spray 'em).

Buy white Dylon, boil them in the dylon and you have white wheels again.
