If you're on about this........

Its the TA05.

No doubt, there will be a 416. This year or next, only Tamiya knows. All we can do is speculate.

I think it'll be similar to these carbon fibre conversions for the TA05.

It would seem that some people called the early MSX prototypes a 416.... hence the confusion.
I know Racer magazine over here persisted in calling the MSX a 416 for months... even after the car was offically announced as it

No doubt there is a 416 in the works, somewhere. Will we see it before the worlds? I very much doubt it. Tamiya and HPI both proved last time out that taken a proven car to the worlds works best... just remember how AE (TC4) and Losi (JRXS) fared. Obviously there might well be some updates to the MSX before then... but a complete new car... nope (and why would they need to when the basic layout of the 415 has been going strong for 3 years now?)

Just my view...

improving the EVO IV = EVO V???

My understanding, the 416 was a rumour about a TRF 4wb Buggy, pictured at the Japanese champs... under a B4 bodyshell. It turned out to be the 2wd buggy with some modifications.

There is a new 4wd buggy coming out, and may have a TRF coming later.
