What is the ID of a 1/12 scale wheel? ID of the foam donut?

All wheel ID's are different. The ID of the foam is a guarded secret. This has a huge affect on how the tire works.

Not actually. The size can be smaller and most of the time is. The foam is then stretched over the wheel. How small the ID is, the tighter the foam is stretched, hence the manufacturer keeping that portion secret.
