Controller and battery for tamiya rm-01 mazda 787b
#1

Hi guys, i need a little help (sorry i'm very new)
I bought a tamiya mazda 787b 1/12 on rm-01 chassis.
without realising it doesn't come with the remote or battery (or a charger!).
Where can i get all that stuff? The descriptions on that rcjaz site are a bit vague.
Even the tamiya site doesn't really link to anything. It just says this.
Requires A: 7.2 battery & charger
Requires B: 2-channel radio gear
Requires C: polycarbonate paint
Requires D: electronic speed control

Hey, don't be surprised if your thread isn't moved to "the rookie zone" but no worries...you'll get plenty of help.
Start with the easy stuff. What exactly do you plan on doing with this car ? Is it just for your own amusement or do you plan on racing it somewhere ??
Huge difference between the 2 .

It's for me and my son. My son is obsessed with the mazda 787b
This tamiya model is the only one i could find being sold.
Yep moving this to the rookie zone would be good.

As for electronics (servo, esc and batttery) I'll have to leave that up to more experienced RM01 users.
Good Luck and have fun !!
