Default TC 1/10 servo

Hi all, would like to have same suggestion on current best servo for TC. Should I go for latest sanwa SSL or try other brands, meantime I am using sanwa M12. Thanks

I am running a Futaba bls451, because that is what I had. I don't know what all the fuss is about with the low pro servos. Generally if I want to balance my car I have to add weight to the electronics side anyway, so might as well put a heavier servo there to begin with.

Sanwa radio = Sanwa servos, you can't go wrong, their are many good servos on
the market...the final choice is up to you.

What's the benefit of the sanwa pgs vs ers-971 that is 1/3 of the cost? Torque?

When you ask what's the best servo, you're going to get suggestions that are overpriced. What's your budget? Do you really need the best? Servos get into diminishing returns territory very quickly.

Never tried the ERS 971

But amongst all the servos I've tried (Savox, KO, Xpert, PowerHD, Highest) the PGS-LH has amazing center hold and is super precise. It's not the fastest servo I own but I doubt anyone will notice the ever slightly slower on the bench speed but will appreciate the on-track feel and response.

I have been really tempted to switch all the cars I run regularly over to the PGS-LH ... it's that good.

I use the SANWA M12S and Im using the PI-3431 high speed and high torque servo. cheaper than the sanwa servo but performs the same.

I even use it in SSR mode. Xpert made this servo to match with Sanwa's SSR mode (got confirmation of this from the xpert mechanic in Asia).

Check the link below xpert-rc PI-3431

Agreed the Xpert servos are awesome. My next choice after the PGS-LH. I have a few of the PI3402 servos and they're pretty great!

You run with SSR mode or normal mode?
