Here is what I have so far for hotel's. I am working on a couple of others as well.

Anyone wanting some good track time we will have a Snowbirds warm up race on 1/20 with a lot of people coming in from out of town. Including Sam Issacs and several other top drivers. Ramada has a room rate of around 60.00 for that weekend.
If anyone is driving down to the Snowbirds this year we will be open all weekend for practice and I know Joe Trandell, Keven Hebert, Will Jossens and some other guys are coming in for the weekend then driving on down to FL for the Birds. We are on the way down if you’re driving to FL this year.
Also the official warmup race for the ROAR Nats is Feb 17-18. Lots of guys (Sam, Art Scrimo, Klingforth’s, Lyon’s, etc) already making reservations to come in for that weekend as well. It should be a pretty big crowd getting their prep for the nats in order.

Hey Eric, do you have a rough idea of the times that things will run? I don't mean each individual thing, I just mean stuff like, on Wed, Thu, and Fri, what time will things get started? I"d love to race this even, but I can't take the entire day off work all three days is why I'm asking. If things start up at 1pm for example, I can do it.

Ive got to brag about my local guys some. Usually the Nationals is known to have a poor local support of local racers during the nats. I think this year will be an exception. 3 weeks in we have 37 entires and 20 of them are local guys with about 10-12 more that will be signing up soon.
Generally most don’t sign up till after the birds. I wouldn’t wait that long if you are coming. Or at least make sure you reserve your hotel!!! The hotels will be FULL here during that week!!!
