I have a couple questions that we can help you to find the cause and fix it.
What was the reason that you had to change the servo?
Can you check that you have the esc connected to correct channel on the receiver?

I thought the servo is the problem. Also, today I tried with other motor and same problem. It starts for 2 seconds and then is not working anymore. I made an video to see the exact problem: youtu.be/2vp8NDSRn6s

I think the esc is correct connected to channel.

Thanks for your reply!

Could be a bad battery. The ESC may be going into a voltage protection mode. At first, the voltage might be high enough, but under load, the voltage drops. If you have a different battery, try that to see if there is a different behavior. If not that, then it is likely a problem with the ESC. Do you have access to another ESC that you can test with?

I''m thinking to buy a new one but I'm not sure that it will work.
