Problems with clutch!

Hi! For a while ago I bought a clutch to my OS 21.RG engine.
I’ve got problem assembling it. When i’ve mount it on the flywheel, and turns the flywheel a few rounds by hand, the clutchbell stucks.

I think it is because the screw who keeps the clutchbell in place get stucked when I turn the clutch.

So... I must miss some part, but i don’t know which. So, please help me figure out what I need to do to get the clutch turning without getting stuck.
It would be helpful I you showed me pics of your clutches, how those are assembled!

Here are some pics of the clutch.

I hope you understood the text, i’m swedish.
Thanks!

You should look into gettin a new flywheel. That one is pretty chewed up and might not be balanced right. Your carb looks to have a crack in it too

It doesn't look like you are using any clutch shims, at least I don't see then in the pics.
