Default Tire and Wheel size foe a slash dirt late model

Hey guys , I'm new to this so I'm wondering on a slash that I'm making a Dirt
late model out of what size tires and wheels do you guys run? are they the
2.2/3.0 or do you go with a smaller tire and wheel. I know some say you can have problems with a smaller wheel because of the suspension being that the wheel on a slash is larger in the rear. Any thoughts and answers would be appreciated.
Thanks

Short Course Tires are standard. It's the wheel offsets that vary. The Slash has a different offset for the front and rear which is a bit annoying. I bought the RPM front arms that allows for the same offset as the rear since rear wheels are a bit easier to find for me.

So you still run the 2.2/3.0 tires and wheels but installed front arms to where you can run rears on the front or did you go with a different size tire and wheel both?
