What effect will running the axle spacers do to the handling of the 22 4.0?

Large 1/8 off road track, hard clay with dust. Wide or narrow front arms? (Thinking wide?).

Really enjoying the car! I race at several different types of dirt tracks and the ease of changing setups really makes me appreciate the engineering that went into this car. Once a base setup is achieved only minor changes are needed to get the car dialed! Having a blast with the kits! Thanks TLR and to Frank for all the tips. Keep up the good work!

How do you get the diff outdrives on the gear diff to stay in place?

I've tried thread lock and new grub screws and find that nearly everytime it's in the car I end up losing drive because the outdrive has come loose.

The UK option seems to be to use a Serpent one instead!!!

I have read that you need to clean everything with brake cleaner before assembling.

Although I went for the serpent diff option.

And when you clean it with brake cleaner make sure it's dry before reassembly.

Follow the steps in this video, and it should never come loose.

I'm not sure why anybody would want to run the serpent diff when the new TLR diffs work so well. Just me. To each his own.

Because they work just as well and cost less. Pretty simple.
