Mamba monster 2 2200kv on 6s or 2650kv on 4s. What's faster?

Read the title.

Do the math. The KV rating is rpm per volt.

4 x 3.7 V x 2650 kv = 39,220 rpm

6 x 3.7 V x 2200 kv = 48,840 rpm

Well the 2200kv would already be stupid fast. So the 2650kv would be crazy fast

jammo03 01-28-2017 07:47 PM

What's the difference between stupid and crazy?

If you have to ask...

;-)

wait, switch 2650kv to 2200kv. That's the proper stupid/crazy fast order. I wouldn't be surprised if you got upward of 60mph out of the 2200kx/6s setup. And more with gearing. I just hope the drive train can handle it lol

I have the sensored 2200kv with the mamba monster x combo. I'm just waiting for my Rc8b3e to show up

Speed depends on the car and gearing. The 2200 on 6s will be 60mphish with that buggies stock gearing. The 2650 on 4s will be 45ishmph.

6s will break stuff more
