Should have come with everything for 3 or 4 gear laydown or stand up + rear motor.

laydown gear case can take either 2 regular idlers for 4 gear or 1 larger idler for 3 gear so you just need the idler gear and to swap the motor plate side to side.

standard has 26 teeth, larger one for 3 gear laydown is 36 teeth IIRC.
