Cvds create more bind on throttle. They try to straighten themselves under load. Therefore adding rear grip

Rear grip overall is increased. Most noticeably forward drive. Just another tuning option

Yes. Short links allow the car to rotate in the middle of the corner and square up quicker. For instance the monster triple. The car needs to rotate quickly and square up that jump in an instant. No room for error

I probably mentioned this before but amazing how those little 1mm adjustments really make the car run totally different. My car has been really running well and then are track all of a sudden had massive grip and it was traction roll city and then this week track was cold and dry so I just moved 1mm shim on the front steering knuckles and went to the green front springs and boom car was back to really good. Grip came up to massive again and moved the 1mm shim on the steering again and went to blue front spring and once again back to normal. Always amazes me that those little fine tuning adjustments really do work.

Any tips to prevent leaking from gear diff cover? My B6 diff never leaked, and I’m having to re-fill my Kc diff every two races

Are you on fb? Join our team schumacher USA page. I covered building the gear diff in the first video we made.

Something must be very wrong. Check the seal if its damaged.
I found the KC diff to be the best i ever had. Doesn't leak a drop.

I ran my gear diff when I first built my KC conversion and it worked great with no leaking. Only thing I would of done differently is used 2k diff oil for on clay vs the 3k I put in. Might try it again back to back vs my ball diff and see what it feels like.
