Questions?? T5m and B5m chassis

Are the T5M and B5M chassis the same?

Just the suspension is different?

Wondering if I can run a b5m lite chassis on my t5m

Different lengths. i believe it's 10-14mm difference

Interesting question. Some guys used to build a t4 chassis into a b4 for the longer wheelbase. Said they handled great on big 1/8 size tracks that are blown up a bit. Anyone try this conversion with the B5M?

I have an x-factory spare chassis for my t5m and thought of building my b5m off that.

I don't see why it would not work.

back in the day the t4 chassis was cut down to make the b4 +8mm. i believe the length difference was 16mm total between the two. I think the difference between the t5 and b5 is around 8mm. kyosho t6 and b6.6 are 6mm diff. so thinking the associated should be near that

I have a whole complete chassis - will be converting over this weekend I hope.
