Here’s a few pics of a little project I’ve been putting together. A 2wd high grip car with EB410 rear end and B6 front end on a custom made 3mm CNC chassis with multi layout options. Custom made shell aswell. 😎

Any tips on this?

Are you running the MIP chassis or just the pucks? If you're running the chassis then you'll probably want at least 100k on clay and thicker for carpet. If you're just using the pucks on the stock layout then keep the normal diff weights, 10-30 for clay and 30-100 for carpet.

I just bought the pucks system this week, i am running the stock chassis. thanks for the reply, glad to know i should keep the same diff fluids as before.

The upgraded chassis has milled inserts that are prominent on the B blocks, with more curvature around the pill inserts, plus a keyed notch for the A-Block:
The original chassis is squared out on the B-Block and doesn't provide as much support and just a flat channel without a keyed notch on the A-Block slot:

Pretty sure it's a rolling update with the latest EB410 batch, but I have no idea how to tell for certain if you get the rolling update or not, I did get the first batch of the ET410 and these updates were already made to the ET410 and I've already made some nasty tumbles with my ET410 that would've easily sheared the bulkhead on the original EB410 chassis design, the interlocking blocks into the chassis was a HUGE improvement to the durability... Kudos to whoever made this happen at TEKNO!!! Worst damage I've seen with my ET410 so far has been an occasional popped ball cup and a stripped 180oz servo, I'm running a 280oz servo now in that beast

vs
TKR6501B (revised)
How can the ET410 chassis be "revised" if it was just released for the first time?
Also note the specs say it fits both the ET410 and EB410:

Requirements
TKR6540B and TKR6541B hinge pin braces are required with this chassis.

It fits, but a Tekno rep mentioned (forgot where) that since it requires different A and B blocks, it won't be a rolling update as it would be too confusing for the customers who already have the old one and keeping track of different parts versions of multiple parts for different releases of the same kit.

Makes no sense to continue manufacturing a lower quality product, pretty sure the same thing happened with the revised bulk heads too, except those broke more frequently and inventory went fairly quick.
I recall someone trying to get the revised chassis when sending in the original for the 50% warranty, did they ever follow up on the policy for that deal?

or perhaps they need to flush old inventory first before they can discontinue it?
