Touring Cars and Pan Cars are for carpet. That's just me, everything else is made for dirt.
I tried carpet offroad and I like the fact I took a clean car home every week, however
pulling that tangled carpet string off your car is not fun. I just assume offroad is better on dirt. Please don't hate me for saying this.

Unfortunately I couldn't figure out a way to externally link to it, and don't see it on youtube yet. It's well worth the watch though, I enjoyed it.

If only i wasn't so invested in the B44.3 I have, I'd be preordering too!
That was a bitchen video!

What are good specs to look for when choosing a servo for this guy? Speed, torque and such?

Well I am no longer waiting for this buggy. I changed my mind and bought a new 16' xb4. I race pretty much all AE stuff but 4wd buggy is gonna be xray. I'm almost done the build and I must say these cars go together very nicely and w/ a very very nice manual. Also no missing parts/screws and the ball studs have a spot to put a driver into!

Yeah but ... the parts cost an arm and a leg. Yeah ..its durable... but when it breaks, your wallet will feel it.. and US driver support is almost non existant.... dont see them up in a podium like Rivkin, Cavalleri, and others. - ex xray owner.

Be curious on the slipper pads and how long they last before glazing on carpet. For different cars I went to things like the RC Shox / Mckune style garolite pads and really liked the performance compared to the stock pads, but maybe I am missing something on the stock pads versus those garolites since those seem to keep being added to kits?

From what I'm understanding, the main difference in the kit is one has a slipper and the other doesn't, and these parts will be available if we would like to switch from one to the other?
