I have a similar binding issue off throttle near full steering. If I take off the pinion gear and roll it forward every few inches it will switch from free rolling to a slight binding slowing it down. It rolls perfectly fine going straight or using low amounts of steering.

It almost seems to be the ring gears on the f/r diffs. Sounds and feels similar to having a high spot on a spur gear.

It only shows this at steering lock? This sounds like the diff case's face (where the ring-gear is) is not true. You could either try to flat-sand the diff case, replace it, or if you have adjustment range, shim the gear mesh a little looser.

Default Virus warning and advertisements

Is anyone else getting advertisements and virus warnings on this site? They take over the Internet browser, so I have to shut it down. I'm on a Droid phone. This only happens on this site. Never on any other one.

Yes, there's a whole thread on it in the forum chat section. The site admins know, but as long as it's been going on, I don't think they are able to fix it.

Just started rc10B64 build. I have build my turnbuckles according to manual, but looks like what is in manual is completely incorrect: I do have negative chamber on front and rear (may be around 10), huge from toe in. Anyone have idea is it manual that is incorrect or what else?

PS. Everything measured using caliper and plain ruler, but somehow buggy look "ugly".

Do you use those hubs front and rear? Does anyone use the 13* hub carriers? Hope to race tomorrow!

There should be a supplement sheet included that updates the turnbuckle step....if there wasn't, just set it to -1° and 0° toe to start. Don't run it at 10.

Those hexes will make the front end wider than is allowed by ROAR rules. Just a heads up.
