If that is an 1/8 scale buggy might want to look at a better suited motor like something in the 1900 to 2100 range. Run it on 4s and you should have longer run times. The 5200 kv is a real amp hog and anything more than 2s is crazy.

Ianrs no to many kv on either motors to run 3 cells on try some thing below 3600kv.. 3000kv would be nice on 3 cells.. once you get a lower kv motor just about any 3 cell capable esc will work .. so what is your budget?

will the car be as fast with a lower kv engine because its really really fast but blows the esc when it gets hot and that doesnt take long, it works a treat on 7.4v battery 2s but wanted it faster

Is this for racing or bashing purposes...
Either way I would say a Hobbywing 150A ESC should be fine.

If for racing, I would get a different motor like suggested.

Completely wrong motor choice for use in a 1/8 scale, or anything on 3s. For 3s you need a 3300kv motor designed for 1/8 scale use and at least a 120 amp speed control.
