No they are too different. I would just rebuild the old one being very careful to get the diff adjustment right. I have a XXXT that I have run in modified truck classes for a long time. Once I let the diff get loose and it fried the main diffgear (made it two pieces instead of one). I have run a 9 turn motor in my XXXt with no troubles, again watch the diff adjustment.

You would basically have to change the entire rear end , tranny, arms, hubs, universals, it's not really worth it. IMO anyway. Just rebuild the existing tranny.

What gearing would I be looking at to run Mod in my XXTMF1.

On gearing a mod motor you should start with 8 over & go from there. On a truck that is a good starting point.
