Mine came with a green (rear and side) blue front belt. Here's some porn.

Hey Dave "crash" wassup?
Hit me in an email if your going to glitchfield this year, I'll give you the set up but it requires a 5.5 gtb and a pair o'nuts
By the way, just buy a set of fresh belts and make sure the slipper is set right and you're ready to rip.

Just kidding. This is what you want. It's not cheap, but works well and you can bend and manipulate this crap like a cracked out wench. If your really crazy as some of the inner city folk do around here with the accords and whatnot is cover the entire inside of your car with this crap. Can you say BUTCHER? Now it works well as an accent, but to cover your entire dash with the stuff? Come on.

CARBON FIBER YO!

just picked up my re-release XX-4WE last weekend and excited, but gotta say the fit and finish is not so great... i can deal with that, i can also deal with having to figure the rear arms out.
anyone else get the re-release and get rear VLA arms in it? this is fine, to use the inner hole of the vla, but with the axle and spacing, arm now grinds on wheels. i dont want to grind all of my wheels to make it work, so either for me to resolve; i have to install the xxx arm(easiest) or different axles with bk2 spacers or anyone running vla hub carriers. just curious if anyone else got this in their kit or wat they did about it.

I had to hack my arms as well, as well as the steering channel as the steering was hitting it. Car is a hack. But once it's hacked it seems to run well. The frign axles/dogbones supplied with the kit are LAME. The xxx-4 comes with MIP's and costs less than this kit. I bagged them and bought MIP's all around.

Hey Knucklebuster,
Your XXX-4 has the shocks mounted wrong, I can see it in pic 6 & 7 on this page.
The longer top shock mount should go to the back, and the short to the front.
You can see in the pic (#7) the rear shocks on a lean and a ball end threaded shaft touching the spring.
Cheers

Good call chief, the anodized blue is so bling that I didn't notice that they were different lengths

I've been running the re-release for a couple of weeks. It's been awesome. It's a very tough car. The car does seem to be pretty sensitive to track conditions, i.e. wet, dry etc. The track I'm running at is trying to figure out if they want to run wet or dry and my setup that was dialed on the dry just didn't work at all on the wet. I'll be playing with setups for a while before I'm happy with one though.

Actualy, the dog bones help the car to handle better. I would seriously give them a try before you throw them out the door. The dob bones will allow the car to stay in roll longer while the car is cornering which will help you to handle under power better. Your cvds will flatten out the car faster which will give you better traction. Does the car seem to have any traction issues? Yeah, I didn't think so. Run those bones and you won't be sorry.
