We are looking at different materials. Heavier weights will be out soon.

As for anyone unsure of the surface of our weights, they are also reversible. You can flip it and have the brushed aluminium look as well.

This essentially causes more stress to your throttle servo, which over time can damage your servo. In testing, I was able to turn my brake EPA down over 20% and my brakes stay consistent throughout long mains. We have developed a new cnc top brace for the center diff that has a new hole drilled and tapped for the linkage brace ball stud. All of the components needed for the brace will be included in the kit.

Does it include the ball ends, the ball cups and the long setscrew as well as the brace?

BTW I have the V2 pistons mounted on my RC8T CE (I used the ones for the RC8.2). They were very good, now I have the new RC8T3 and I will be replacing the stock pistons with the VRPs as well. All of our tracks are rough, dry, slippery and with low to medium traction. The ambient temperature here is 85° F average all year long but in summer it can go around 92° F. What pistons do you recommend?

I don't think Smiley will be doing customer service on this website for awhile. Best bet is to email him.

I did nothing. In the grand scheme of things, I'm a nobody here.

However, his name says "suspended" so I'd assume he got banned.

yeah, it is best to email "Smiley" or contact VRP directly at [email protected]

His account is suspended for what appears "promoting/advertising" on RCTech.

In other news I ordered a set of weights yesterday and they shipped today. So it is safe to say yes they're in stock and available. I contacted VRP directly after I noticed his account was "suspended" while PM'ing him. Great customer service and track-side support from VRP. Sorry to blow them up, I am not sponsored or work for them but have had nothing but great multiple experiences with VRP, and they set a fine example of what a small business should be.

There is a bit more to it than that...details aren't needed and rumors are just that.

For those of you asking about the GC pistons for the TLR 8ight-E 4.0...

I have purchased both the 5 hole and the 8hole GC pistons. Both work very well, however I found myself liking the 8 hole 1.3 in front and the 8 hole 1.3/1.4 in the rear. I did order them in High Pack and I like the front, however the rear packs up a bit too much so I am ordering the rear pistons in Medium Pack. With the summer heat I did go up on my oil weights by one size and it seems to feel pretty good. I cant wait to try out the Medium Pack rears when they arrive!
