they choose some tiny 11x5x4mm ball bearings fomr the bear box : it might be Ok for racing, but for more power and bashing, they will quickly wear out... I had some similar 12x8x4 on my hobao hyperstar and those died way too quickly...
what is that strange part surrounding those 11x5x4 bearings ?

dont take this the wrong way but most guys, and I emphasis on MOST, won't be buying this buggy to bash to it. Its purely race breed, I haven't seen a bash buggy since the OFNA Violator lol.....with the exception of yours of course.

I do believe it will, if my memory serves me the Mugen 6Eco had a tray like that, I may be wrong. I ran a single 4s.

the tray looks like it has adjustable stops so that stagger setup can be removed if you aren't running dual lipos.

I have to say on face value I like the looks of the buggy. I don't know anything about sworkz parts quality, but if its up there and they have a race team they support, watch out. Every company has to start somewhere.

I would love to see them expand on this setup to make a 4x4 SCT version.

Parts quality is not an issue with the SWorkz stuff. Very durable.

hey guys... yes car is very very good... we have put a lot of thought into this one.. its super easy to drive fast... we took time and tried several versions and this one just does everything great. I haven't had any durability problems at all and have been running it for several months now. The kit setup should be a good starting point for a lot of different tracks... and its super easy to adjust and tune if you should need.

and yes the battery tray can adjust.. I run the single 14.8 in my car...

car is on way to states and may already be in customs... its already at sworkz euro and should be available for europe..

some questions:

- This layout looks reminiscent of a Tekno as far as how tight things are to the center line. I have always liked this layout, however, the car at times (at least the version I had prior to the EB48.3) could be a bit lively in its response on rough tracks. On the sworkz vehicle what have you guys found on your design that provides for a very stable ride on US tracks that have large jumps and are loose and blown out?

- can you provide measurements (length, outer diameter, inner diameter) of the springs that come with the vehicle and if known, what other manufacturer springs work on the vehicle? (ex- Kyosho, losi, etc)

- Are the kit pistons machined or off of a parts tree?

- What are some common gearing choices for the vehicle running say a 4S lipo and a 1900kv motor (example: 19T pinion, 46T spur ,etc)

- Other than Amain, what other major US distributor / seller carries the vehicle?

Thanks beforehand for any answers you are able to provide.

I have the original ebuggy from them and have yet to break anything on it. Last season, I broke the track record with it and after the race, everyone was coming up and asking what brand it was and telling me how good the car looked.
I actually prefer it over my 8ight-E 3.0
