Default limited slip differential

I got a question on a nitro evader. The guy I bought it from said the differential had just been rebuilt. The question is: When you spin the tires by hand are the rear wheels supposed to turn in opposite directions? The reason I ask, is because all of my cars besides the evader, dont have this problem. Thanks.

Ummm, that's not a problem. A differential allows the wheels to spin at different speeds, so that turning can take place. Without it, the car would steer like a steamroller, if at all. Your other cars seem to have a problem, though.

What I am saying is that the car is acting just like its got a spool in it, but I know it doesnt because I took it apart to look at it. Everything seemed to be right. It is a POSI-TRAC if that makes sense. It may have something to do with that adjusting screw in the rear end. As for the other cars, I might have mislead you. When I put the T-maxx on a block and get all four of the wheels off the ground, I can spin the right rear wheel clockwise and the other wheel will spin counter clockwise. I know that is right because that is the way a slip differential works. if it didnt work that way it would break. Im asking if the evader is different as far as the rear end is concerned. Is it supposed to be locked, of is there something wrong with it?

it will spin in opposite direction if you got thin diff oil in the centre.

if you got thick oil it will spin same direction.
