Default team losi xxxt

im a newbe to rc cars and i have a few questions i hope some of you guys can help me with. i just bought a losi xxx-t and would like it to have a little more top end can you recomend a motor that doesent require me to change the speed controller? and im also looking for a larger front bumper? i would also like to change the rims and tires are there after market ones that fit or can i only use the stuff from losi? and im also curious about 7 cell batteries will they work in this truck or can i only use 6 cell? now keep in mind im not racing its just for fun

Ok here goes

- motor... I don't know as I'm not familiar with the losi's electrics
- bunper... agian not too familiar with losi
- tires... yes, just make sure you mount them on Losi wheels or wheels designed for your losi from another company
- battery... do you have extra space in the battery compartment if so then yes you can use 7 cells, however when you goto 7 cells you will reduce your runtime and the speedo may not be able to handle them especially if you put a hotter motor in there ....

ok well the 2 most important things right now for me to do is find a front bumper that extends out past the tires, and up grade the motor

ive seen on the instructions that the speed controller can handle up to a 15t motor if i go with a 16t motor will that give me more top end than the factory 19t motor and will it wurt my acceleration? i like the acceleration the truck has now id just like it to be a little faster, right now with a 3300 battery it will run for about 15 min at about 25 mph

Do you intend to race?

You would probably need to upgrade the Novak XRS ESC in the near future. It's not a very power tolerant ESC in other words. A lot of people have fryed their's with only 17t motors.

ESC - Novak Dually = $85
Motor - Orion V2 10x1 OR V2 19t Element = $60

Here's the RPM XXX Bumper - http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXCTW1&P=7
