from my experience with the serpent cobra e 2.0 on european style tracks I have a disadvantage over the classic design like mugen . I did try everything setup wise , running shortys, extra weight,......but didŽnt get this relaxed easy to handle feel of a mbx7reco.
as much as I love my cobra, meanwhile I would say on this kind of tracks IŽm running on the mugen, kyosho, associated,......are way easier and faster to drive.
I drive 5 tenth of a second faster with my friends mbx7r and the laptimes are more conistsent . driving is much easier , as the serpent i harder to control.
the serpent shines in jumping, big time. but this didnŽt give me the needed advantage.
maybe you have some tricks for me to try ?!
As of now IŽll try another brand , maybe a rc8b3.1e in the classic layout.
