My dad has a Hyper 7 buggy. We can get it started and running, but the clutch doesn't seem to want to grab. Can anyone help us?

You need to take the motor off and take the clutch apart. Could be worn shoes, stuck shoes, broken springs, flywheel could be loose. Many things could be the culprit and just taking things apart generally will show you whats wrong. Plus it's good experiance for maintaing the car.
