As pretty as it looks I still get nightmares about bringing the old yoks to the track so that you can spend 2 hours cleaning them up for 3 heats and a main.

Looks great (like all recent Yokes) but has a couple of innovative/weird (delete as appropriate) design features.

Split level chassis anyone?

Gorgeous.

If that's the kit-spec, it looks like it will have all the good stuff out of the box (aluminum bulkheads, ti-nitride shock shafts, threaded shocks, aluminum spring retainers, aluminum hubs, aluminum pin mounts). Don't like the prospect of changing spurs though, and I'd rather have 'glass towers. Also looks like it might be a little heavy (modular chassis, aluminum parts). It's gonna be hella-expensive.

The spur gear would be no harder to change than any other current 4wd (XXX4 being the exception?).

The car looks superb! Excellent quality. I don't think there'll be any shortage of drivers who are willing to run this car, it just looks....right

As for price, I can't see it being any more expensive than a BJ. Considering the spec of the car I don't think anyone can expect it to be cheap

my bet is this will be in the $360-$380 range

what is the new bj4 worth?

and the ZX5 is almost there once you option it out so all and all probably pretty competetive

I just get a tickle when Ryan Cavalieri gets the credit for the worlds, like he won only because he is sooooo awesome.

Much better then Masami and the car wasn't a factor.

...MASAMI......

I think he's like a 12 time world champion!!! The favorite in any scale at every worlds!

........The new yok looks good though, kind of a 2 belt XX4, or belt drive BJ4 worlds car look to it, nothing wrong with that, smart move, imo.

new Bj4we kits will be $475 plus shipping.

I'm thinking that this kit will be $400 plus, easy. To much machined aluminum and carbon bits to be any less than this.

Sombody help me out here. The pics just posted showed holes drilled in the ball cups. This tells me that the kit has 2mm driver holes in the ball studs, like a losi Ti ball stud.... BUT... you can plainly see that the ball stud also has the hex on the bottom of the stud, similar to a stock AE/losi ball stud. So the studs included in this kit will have both ways to put a wrench to them? Maybe? That'd be so cool IMO.

Jeez that thing looks amazing! Definately at the same kind of amazement level as the new $400+ TC's. I'd bet this kit will easily crack the $425 barrier. So awsome though.....definately the ultimate.

The car is just plain sweet! I'll probably pick one up when it's released. I love my BJ4 Worlds conversion but I've always preferred belt kits over shaft drive.
