Predator X10 is very good too, but you have to constantly working on it. Also, the front bullhead is too weak, it'll start to wobble after a few run,it wears prematurely.

Kyosho Lazer is very fast, at least the guy on our track driving it make it so. on average its .1 -.2 faster than MR4 and BJ4WE easy. unfortunally it also breaks very easily. Half of time the car don't make it to the end of the 5 min race.

Let me know how you compare them after you run it this weekend.

No Yokomos to compare to here, but I've driven a BJ4, BJ4WE, XXX-4, and own some Lazers.

The Lazer my be a little fragile at first. But after some hpups, you can't beat the durability. It is by FAR the fastest I've driven. The car is so smooth and tight its nice...

I havent had to wrench on my X10 no more then any of my other cars.....It's been very durable in fact seem's like I've broke more on my BJ4we then on it...So far to me it's been the best handling 4wd I've owened

I personally would get a few sets of rear outdrives, couple Front bumpers, and double up on rear shock tower (It hasn't brake on me since I done it, about a month ago).

Great car, very happy with it.
thanks for the tip, have a extra front and rear tower coming today, i was going to do the front, but will do the rear also, thanks again.

Does anyone know of a scource for yokomo parts that has the bodies in stock for the new 4wd? A customer wants 2 painted.

Yokomo USA and everyone on their list does not have any I could find.

Most of the shops in their list don't even show any Yokomo products....

hmmmm.....HELP

Thanks, Jim

Jim,
I buy all my Yokomo parts from RC Champ but, I also live in Japan so shipping is really cheap for me. I would shoot Hirotaka-san or Masa-san for a quote. I'm sure that the price differance will make up for the shipping cost.

Go to yokomousa.com

Go to the parts list link on the left side.
Go to the parts for the buggy.
It is under there.
Part # bx-101
listed at 29.50

Default BX Bodies

Jim,
I think RC Champ's price is about half that of Yokomo USA's price. It may be worth your time to order the bodies from there.
